Japanese manufacturer i-PRO further expands its line of multi-sensor cameras with six new dual-sensor models, 4 of which include built-in AI applications. The dual-sensor cameras efficiently monitor two distinct areas at the same time, such as corridor intersections, with a small form factor requiring minimal power and cabling and only one VMS licence.
The new i-PRO S-Series dual sensor cameras are equipped with:
- Powerful edge-AI capabilities: up to 4 different AI analytic applications
(2 each) can be installed. - Advanced cyber security, with FIPS 140-2 level 3 certification – the highest protection on the market
- Ease of use: just a LAN cable and a VMS licence, plus a hook-and-loop design for easy installation
- NDAA compliance
The line enables artificial intelligence-based sound analysis in combination with the microphone accessory.
New Dual-sensor camera:
The new i-PRO dual sensor cameras efficiently monitor two separate areas simultaneously such as hallway intersections with a small form factor requiring minimum power, cabling and only a single VMS license. A corridor mode enables an optimized aspect ratio to get less wall and more hall providing the best image regardless of deployment.
This model of S-series can be configured with dual 4K sensors with 3.1mm fixed lenses supplying the widest 104° FOV or dual 4MP sensors with 2.9-7.3mm motorized varifocal lenses with a 100° FOV or a 2.5x zoom. In addition to its excellent low-light performance, the camera also feature IR LED illumination with a distance of 40m (30IRE).
For installations that don’t require AI-based analytics, i-PRO’s cost-effective U-series models feature the same dual 4MP sensors with 2.9-7.3mm motorized varifocal lenses and 2.5x zoom available in the S-series.
Edge AI Capability:
These S-Series dual-sensor cameras also include the most powerful edge AI chip with free pre-installed applications. Up to four different AI-based analytic apps can be used in varying combinations. Sound detection analytics are also available with S-Series using specialty mount with an embedded microphone for a comprehensive video and sound analytics package.
Installation Ease:
Installation time and cost are reduced by allowing the camera to be set up without removing the main unit from the box. The unique i-PRO hook structure makes mounting by a single person easy and trouble free.
Cyber Secure:
All i-PRO dual sensor cameras are equipped as standard with a secure element that complies with FIPS 140-2 level 3 certification making them highly cyber resilient. Each camera also contains a digital certificate issued by GlobalSign for enhanced network authentication.
